CSF is pleased to announce the new Porsche 964 / 993 OEM+ Performance A/C Evaporator (CSF #8368).

As these iconic 90s Porsches continue to age, many owners are discovering that their original A/C systems are no longer up to the task. Leaking, clogged, corroded, or inefficient evaporators are all too common. Even when working properly, old and brand new OE evaporators are prone to blow white flakes/dust particles into the cabin due to oxidation build up & corrosion. In addition, the original evaporator was designed to work with R12 instead of the modern R134a refrigerant. This means the OE Evaporator is less efficient on 993s and 964s with R134a conversions.

CSF has decades of experience designing and manufacturing A/C Condensers and has leveraged that knowledge to design its first high performance Evaporator. Most factory A/C evaporators from the 80s and 90s are now outdated in both design and materials. They were originally designed for R12 refrigerant, which offered far superior performance compared to today’s more environmentally friendly R134a. Even brand-new OEM evaporators are not efficient enough to provide a proper temperature differential with R134a. That’s where CSF steps in.

Key Differences and Improvements:

- Increased performance: Approximately 2x better performance than a brand-new OEM evaporator and much larger improvement over an oxidized and corroded unit that has been installed for some time.
- Optimized for R134a: Helps recover some of the cooling power lost in a refrigerant conversion
- Improved Durability: More robust design and construction materials
Less Expensive: Around half the price of a new Genuine Porsche unit
- Anti-Corrosive Finish: No more white flakes/dust particles from an old oxidized unit. New OE units don’t come with any coating so they quickly develop oxidation and corrosion requiring replacement.

Track proven and tested in the extreme Texas heat with ambient temperature consistently over 90°F (32°C) at TX2K by three S58 vehicles. All three posted times of 7-seconds, including new world record holder of the “Fastest BMW in the World” Tom Wrigley Performance in his G80 M3 race car (7.67 seconds at 183mph). The street driven GTP Motorsport G87 xDrive M2 also set the M2 World Record with a time of 7.84 seconds at 178mph.

We spent an entire day with what is, in our eyes, one of the best ways to carve a canyon. Our friends at @throtl built an absolute menace of a Ford GT - and we have it on good authority this is the only of its kind you’ll see on the streets, so naturally, that’s exactly where we took it.

CSF is pleased to announce the new Motorsport Dual-Pass Radiators (CSF #8374 & #8378). The CSF #8374 includes a Shroud + 14″ @SPAL_usa brushless fans & harnesses. The CSF #8378 is the radiator only.

The CSF engineering team has spent over a year working with companies like @drift.hq as well as Pro/Am Drifters to develop and refine the ultimate Drift Radiator. This new Universal Radiator can be used in any racing or motorsport application, but it was purpose built for Drift Vehicles. The size makes it ideal for rear mounted setups and offers an optional shroud with fans capable of keeping the hottest cars cool when sideways. This is the largest Drift Radiator Module on the market and delivers the cooling performance you need to compete.

CSF has been heavily involved in motorsports for years supporting teams and enthusiasts in Time Attack, GTC, SRO, Drifting, along with Drag and Roll Racing. Many of CSF’s “Drop-In” fit cooling systems are used in competition in addition to the Universal Systems. One thing that has been missing from the CSF catalog though was a large motorsport radiator; until now.
